All temples require appointments for temple weddings and living endowments. Some temples require appointments for vicarious endowments as well, as indicated on the phone list. Please call the temple to make your appointment. (Appointments cannot be made online.)

Please call the temple or call Salt Lake toll-free at 1-800-453-3860 ext. 22685. Names stay on the roll for two weeks. (Names cannot be submitted online.)
