Accommodation Center at the Trujillo Peru TempleStanding north of the Trujillo Peru Temple is a beautiful accommodation center that will provide patrons and temple workers who travel long distances a place to be welcomed, freshen up, and stay overnight. The temple and accommodation center will be dedicated on June 21, 2015.

June Dedication Set for Trujillo Peru TempleThe Trujillo Peru Temple will open to the public for free tours beginning Friday, May 8, and continuing through Saturday, May 30, 2015 (except for Sundays). The temple will be dedicated in three sessions on Sunday, June 21, 2015.

Landscaping Underway at Trujillo Perú TempleGreen grass and tropical foliage are the newest additions to the Trujillo Perú Temple site. Installation of the art glass windows is virtually finished and finish work moves ahead on the interior. A housing facility is under construction just north of the temple.

Scaffolding Removed from Trujillo Peru Temple SpireWith art glass installed and the angel Moroni heralding from atop the domed spire, scaffolding has now been removed from around the Trujillo Peru Temple. Construction of the temple will continue well into next year before being dedicated.

Elder Andersen Visits Temple Sites in PeruDuring a recent tour of the country of Peru, Elder Neil L. Andersen of the Quorum of the Twelve visited the sites of both the Trujillo Peru Temple, which is currently under construction, and the Arequipa Peru Temple where construction has not yet begun.

Scaffolding Removed from Trujillo Peru Temple TowerThe Trujillo Peru Temple is captured with a beautiful Pacific Ocean background in this photograph taken from a nearby residence. The majority of scaffolding that surrounded the tower for several months has been removed, revealing the stonework that has been accomplished.

An Apostle Visits the Trujillo Perú TempleDuring a recent trip to South America, Elder David A. Bednar of the Quorum of the Twelve toured the Trujillo Perú Temple complex. The temple features beautiful arches throughout the design including the portico and the window openings that, in coming months, will frame beautifully colored art glass.

More Main Floor Walls for the Trujillo Perú TemplePeru's second temple continues to rise in the northern city of Trujillo. The reinforced cement exterior walls are being poured for the main level, and rebar is in place for the parapet. At the last General Conference, a third temple was announced for Peru for the southern city of Arequipa.
