The Recife Brazil Temple serves members from 70 stakes and 7 districts based in Ceará, Pernambuco, Bahia, Pará, Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte, Alagoas, Piauí, Sergipe, Amapá, and Maranhão:"And thou shalt bring Aaron and his sons unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and wash them with water.
